Who is responsible for your data
AI Builders Nation is operated by Dravin Hub LLC, registered in [STATE OF REGISTRATION], United States, at [BUSINESS ADDRESS].
We are the data controller for the information described here. For questions, or to exercise any of the rights below, email info@aibuildersnation.com.
Because we sell to customers in Nigeria, we handle Nigerian personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Where you are outside Nigeria, we apply the same standard to your data.
What we collect
When you buy something
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your country, and billing details required by the payment provider
- What you bought, when, and for how much
We ask for the minimum. We do not ask for a delivery address, because nothing we sell is shipped.
When you use the course
- Which lessons you have opened and completed
- Quiz attempts and progress, if you take them
- Posts and messages you write in the community area
Automatically, when you visit
- Pages you viewed and roughly how long you stayed
- Which site or advert sent you here
- Your approximate location, at city level, from your IP address
- Your device and browser type
What we never collect
We never see your card number. Payment details go directly from you to our payment provider. They never pass through our servers and we could not retrieve them if we wanted to.
We do not collect your government identification, your bank account details, or any special category data such as health information.

Marketing emails
We only send marketing to people who have opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop the emails you need in order to use what you bought, such as your access details or a change to a live session time. Those are part of the service.
Who else sees your data
We use a small number of third party services. Each sees only what it needs to do its job.

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. We have never done this and we do not intend to.
We may disclose data if we are legally required to, for example by a court order.
International transfers
Our company is registered in the United States and our infrastructure providers operate internationally, so your data may be stored or processed outside Nigeria. Where that happens we rely on contractual safeguards with those providers to keep the level of protection consistent.
Cookies
We use cookies for three things:
- Necessary cookies, which keep you logged in and keep your cart working. The site cannot function without these.
- Analytics cookies, which tell us anonymously which pages people read.
- Advertising cookies, which measure whether an advert led to a purchase.
You are asked to consent to categories two and three when you first visit, and you can change your mind at any time through the cookie settings link on the site. Declining them does not restrict your access to anything you have paid for.
How long we keep things
- Order and payment records: seven years, because tax law requires it
- Course progress: while your access is active, plus twelve months
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, then we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake
- Analytics: twenty six months, then deleted
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it
- Stop using it for marketing, at any time, no reason needed
- Send you a copy in a portable format
- Object to processing we do on the basis of legitimate interest
Email info@aibuildersnation.com and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge.
If you are in Nigeria and you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Children
This programme is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has given us their data, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encrypted connections across the site, restrict administrative access to the people who need it, and keep our platform updated. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and the relevant regulator promptly.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will say so by email rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
