AI Builders Nation is operated by Dravin Hub LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in [STATE OF REGISTRATION], United States, trading internationally and serving customers in Nigeria and elsewhere.

By buying from or using aibuildersnation.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not purchase.
2. What we sell
We sell digital education. Specifically:
- Build & Launch With AI, a four week cohort programme delivered online, combining live sessions with recorded lessons and downloadable resources.
- VIP Recording Library, extending access to lesson recordings for twelve months.
- Replay Access Only, a standalone twelve month recording library.
- App Builder Accelerator Vault, a set of build blueprints and resources.
- Builder Starter Pack, a smaller set of two blueprints.
Everything we sell is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped. There are no physical goods and no delivery address is required.
3. What we do not promise
We want to be direct about this, because it matters.
We teach you how to build applications and websites using AI tools. We do not guarantee that you will earn money, find clients, get a job, or build a successful business. Your results depend on your own effort, your circumstances, the time you put in, and factors outside anyone’s control.
Nothing on this site is a promise of income. Any example of what someone has built, including our own projects, is an illustration of what is possible, not a prediction of what you will achieve.
We also do not build your project for you. The programme teaches you to build it yourself.
4. Buying and payment
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira for Nigerian customers and in US Dollars on the international checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We do not add tax at checkout.
Payment is handled by our third party payment provider. We never see, handle or store your card details. Those go directly to the payment provider.
Your order is confirmed when payment clears and you receive a confirmation email. If payment fails or is reversed, access is withdrawn.
5. Access, and when it starts
Cohort access begins when the cohort opens, not on the date you pay. You can buy before a cohort starts, and your access period still runs from the opening date. Nobody loses time by buying early.
For the September 2026 cohort:
- The cohort runs from 7 September to 29 September 2026
- The final live session is 29 September 2026 at 8:00pm West Africa Time
- Standard lesson and recording access ends 7 October 2026
- VIP and Replay recording access runs for twelve months from your access start
- Community access runs for twelve months from your access start
If a live session has to be moved, we will tell you in advance and the recording will still be made available.
6. One account, one person
Your access is personal to you. Do not share your login, redistribute the lessons, or resell the resources. We may withdraw access without refund if you do.
You may absolutely use what you learn, including the blueprints and templates, in your own commercial work and for your own clients. That is what they are for.
7. Our content
The lessons, recordings, blueprints, templates, prompts and written materials remain our intellectual property. You get a licence to use them for your own learning and your own projects. You do not get the right to republish them, sell them, or teach them as your own course.
8. Refunds
Refunds are covered in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changing the programme
We may improve, update or reorganise lesson content. We may substitute a tool we teach if it is discontinued or replaced by something better. What we will not do is reduce the substance of what you paid for.
We may update these terms. If we make a change that materially affects a purchase you have already made, we will tell you by email.
10. Cancelling access
We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you share your login, redistribute our content, abuse other students or staff in the community, or attempt to disrupt the service. We will normally warn you first, unless the behaviour is serious.
11. Liability
We provide the programme in good faith and to a professional standard. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us.
We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for lost profits or business, or for problems caused by third party tools and platforms that we teach but do not control.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OF REGISTRATION], United States.
Where you are a consumer in Nigeria or elsewhere, this does not remove the protections you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
